Shawn McCusker has a skill and talent to make a new learner understand the concepts and applications attainable and teachable. He brings a wealth of knowledge. Shawn was able to recognize which concepts needed more instruction and when the attendees were getting the information. These sessions were extremely worth the time commitment and I would recommend them to anyone in the field of education or where shared reporting is required.
